Jon Bon Jovi‘s newly opened, five-story bar and music venue in downtown Nashville, JBJ’s Nashville, has permanently installed a new hologram unit featuring the iconic singer.

Jon and the band visited JBJ's Nashville for the first time since being complete. The band celebrated the grand opening with a private concert on Friday June 7th.

Opening up in Printers Alley in Nashville this spring, The Blueprint Underground Cocktail Club by Billy Dec aims to be a new home and heartbeat for creatives and locals. Big Plan Holdings made a passive investment into the concept.

Slated for a spring opening, Playdate aims to tap into your inner child with interactive components paired with food and boozy drinks. A 1920s white wood-paneled house in 12 South has been renovated for the project, which currently sports a colorful mural on the side promoting the new space. While details are tight, the restaurant is rumored to have an adult slide and an appropriately playful menu with dishes like ahi tuna tacos, pimento cheese crostini, candied bacon, poke bowls, and ice cream sandwiches.

A NEW JERSEY legend is setting up shop in Nashville. Jon Bon Jovi has officially announced plans to open a massive bar and restaurant in the city’s Lower Broadway entertainment district with Big Plan Holdings. JBJ’s Nashville is scheduled to open this spring, though an exact date has yet to be revealed. The venue purports to be the tallest and second largest bar by square footage on Lower Broadway.

The Nashville-based family office, Big Plan Holdings, has closed a $61,000,000 construction loan for its 36,767 sq. ft bar/restaurant/entertainment venue development located at 405 Broadway in downtown Nashville. This property was previously acquired by Big Plan Holdings in 2020 for $9,400,000. The development is expected to open in late spring and will feature a branded concept with an A-list celebrity partner soon to be announced.

The Hank Williams Jr Boogie Bar has opened in Nashville's historic Lower Broadway district (419 Broadway), between AJ's Good Time Bar and the Ernest Tubb Record Shop.

As a stand-alone enterprise from Big Plan Holdings, BPH Hospitality is a collection of music and entertainment, food, beverage and hospitality offerings that will be helmed by Sean Marshall, co-owner and BPH Hospitality president.‍

Founder and CEO Josh Joseph (who teams with wife and CFO Tara Joseph to run the business) told the Post this week he hopes to identify his celebrity partner, who has already been finalized in the business arrangement, in early 2022.
